Mitsubishi PD-5030 Diamond Series Plasma Display

Mitsubishi historically has offered its most advanced technology in its Diamond Line™ televisions. This year, for the first time, Mitsubishi introduces a family of Diamond plasma displays. As with its Diamond Line™ televisions, these plasma displays have unique aspects of performance and quality that are second to none. The entire family offers HDTV resolution along with advances in line doubling, pixel scaling, and video noise reduction that result in truly stunning picture performance. Their new display driver circuitry is more efficient, generating less heat and requiring less cooling. Their user adjustments provide more control of color and tint, allowing for precise and neutral skin tones and white levels. And with their MonitorLink™ input, these Diamond Line plasma displays can be connected to the new HD-5000 HDTV Receiver/Controller, providing them with the tuning, input/output connections, picture formatting, FireWire® (IEEE 1394) interface, and NetCommand® home theater system control similar to Mitsubishi integrated HDTVs.
