Lakeside
Terrace is an upscale manufactured housing community currently under construction
in Streetsboro Ohio. The facility is owned by Sommerset Development
Ltd. a commercial, industrial, and residential developer located
in Chardon, Ohio. When completed the 50 acre land lease community
will include 226 homes, two lakes, walking trails, and a 4000 square
foot community center. Careful planning, and discrete land management
have made for an attractive rolling landscape with extra large home
sites. The community is served by city water, and sewer, Time Warner
